Are you ready to make the tastiest 200 calorie dish ever?
You can go the savory route OR the sweet route with this one, uber simple recipe.
How simple?
Well, how about 4 ingredient simple.
Yeah. 4 ingredients gets you a tasty, tasty dough that you can top however you like.
The dough itself is only 123 calories so it will depend on what you top it with what your final count will be - the ones pictures above are 222 calories (savory) and 206 calories (sweet).
I'm not sure who to credit the base recipe to...it's all over the internet. Why don't I just say that I didn't invent it, this version is my version with some tweaking. The original - ORIGINAL recipe is 2 ingredients -- self rising flour and Greek yogurt -- so you can give that a go if you like!
Lets start with my savory version, shall we!
4 Ingredient Pizza (single serving)
Ingredients
Crust
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp no fat Greek yogurt, plain
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
Toppings
1 Tbsp pizza sauce
2 Tbsp partly skim Mozzarella
2 slices tomato
2 slices green pepper
2 slices pepperoni
Directions
Preheat toaster oven (or regular oven) to 400. Line a small tray with parchment paper, set aside.
Mix together flour, baking powder, Greek yogurt, and garlic until soft dough forms. Knead until no longer sticky. (You may need to add a bit more flour or a bit more yogurt to reach the proper consistency.)
Roll out fairly thin (but not too thin), about 1/4 inch thickness, and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until top starts to lightly brown, about 5 minutes or so.
Remove from oven and top with your favorite toppings.
Bake until cheese is melty, about another 5 minutes or so.
The nutritional rundown on this bad boy is: 222 calories, 28 carbs, 3 fat, and 15 protein.
Perfect for lunch with a salad, right?
Okay, so how about if you are more in a dessert-y mood? Maybe a dessert pizza would be more your thing? That's okay, we've got you covered for that too!
4 Ingredient Dessert Pizza (single serving)
Ingredient
Crust
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp no fat Greek yogurt, strawberry (or honey)
1 tsp Sugar Twin brown sugar (or other sugar replacement)
Toppings
1 Tbsp no fat Greek yogurt, strawberry
5 strawberries, diced
2 Tbsp blueberries
3 Tbsp Cool Whip (95% fat free)
1 tsp chocolate sauce
Directions
Preheat toaster oven (or regular oven) to 400. Line a small tray with parchment paper, set aside.
Mix together flour, baking powder, Greek yogurt, and Sugar Twin until soft dough forms. Knead until no longer sticky. (You may need to add a bit more flour or a bit more yogurt to reach the proper consistency.)
Roll out fairly thin (but not too thin), about 1/4 inch thickness, and place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven until top is nicely browned, about 6- 8 minutes or so. (Unlike the savory version, you will not be returning this crust to the oven so cook until it is at your desired doneness.)
Let cool and then top with your favorite toppings.
The nutritional count on this one is pretty spectacular too!
206 calories, 44 carbs, 1 fat, and 13 protein.
I love this crust.
It is so versatile and soooooo simple. As mentioned above, the original recipe that I came across was only 2 ingredients. A one-to-one measurement of self rising flour and Greek yogurt. Apparently 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of Greek yogurt made enough dough for one full pizza. Many people said that they needed to add another full cup of flour to that mix so they were able to roll it out.
Whatever the case, I made a few little changes and came up with my single serving savory and sweet versions.
I love that there is only 1 gram of fat in the dessert pizza...and that comes from the Cool Whip. Leave that off and it is fat free. Crazy!
I think I will experiment with this dough and see what else I can make with it!

DeleteSay what? Yogurt in pizza dough? How cool. I've been wanting to make homemade pizza but am waiting for a break in the heat. Will have to try this. Thank you for linking!
ReplyDeleteI know, right?! I can't believe how great it turns out for how easy it is! :)
DeleteIs this pizza really made with 1/4 of flour or did you double it and that was your ratio you went by? Or is it your good close up camera action that makes it look that big?
ReplyDeleteIt's made with 1/4 cup of flour as per the recipe. It is a fairly good size little pizza. Keep in mind it is photographed on a toaster oven tray not a regular sized tray....
DeleteThis is the best dessert I've made in my toaster oven! This is ABSOLUTELY DELISH! I didn't have any strawberry greek yogurt so I used sour cream instead with cherry jam! I HAD to so i made an apricot jam one as well! I am OBSESSED with your blog and home to make more of your beautiful dishes and dessert in the future! I'd love to see more toaster oven recipes on your blog as well as self serving meals/desserts! You guys inspire me soo much! -Layla (pinned this😉)
