Chocolate Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt

Okay.
Confession time.
I may suffer from a slight peanut butter and chocolate addiction. And, by "may" I mean I have eaten chocolate and peanut butter every day for breakfast and/or dinner and/or dessert for the last week.
But, it's okay.
It's healthy peanut butter and chocolate.
First there was our Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal which I am totally in love with.... and now there is this stupidly addicting yogurt concoction.
I've been eating it straight from the bowl because it is just that awesome...but I'm thinking this would be amazing as a fruit dip or even as a healthy frosting on cupcakes. (**Update - Click HERE to see the healthified single serving chocolate cake I used this as icing on!)
According to Myfitnesspal it is only:
230 calories, 28 carbs, 10 fat, and 22 protein.
That's the entire recipe - it is a single serving!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt (Single Serving)

Ingredients
1/2 cup 0 fat, plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp light, smooth peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking cocoa
pinch salt
1 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

Directions
In a small bowl stir all the ingredients together until well combined.

Almost too easy, right?
Yeah. It's really ready in 2 seconds.
Sorry, but I'm not even sorry.
You can use crunchy peanut butter if you want to. It works great with that too.
If you prefer it a bit more peanut buttery you can add another tablespoon of peanut butter for an additional 80 calories.
It is very rich. 1/2 cup may not seem like a lot but, trust me, by the time you reach the bottom you are satisfied. Try it - you will see what I mean about it being a great frosting or dip!

  1. I thought that I was the only person in the world addicted to both Peanut butter and yogurt. In order to lower the calorie count. I use Bell Plantation dried peanut butter. I use a tablespoon dried peanut butter and teaspoon of liquid Toriani french vanilla syrup.Once Well mixed you sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or drizzle with Hersheys sugar free chocolate syrup. Yumm
