Blueberry Oat Crumble (Single Serving)

I was initially trying to create a tasty breakfast dish for under 150 calories when I came up with this easy blueberry crumble.
It is good for breakfast BUT
hear me out...
this is perfect for dessert too!
It is so sweet and crunchy and "crumble" -ish that it is also amazing after dinner.
It is a very simplified version of some of the other crumble/crisps we have made (see our Rhubarb Strawberry Crisp or Apricot Raspberry Crisp or Spiked Apple Crisp). Plus, it is a single serving so it is uber quick to whip up.
I used Fitday to figure out the nutritional info:

Blueberry Oat Crumble (Single Serving)

Ingredients
1/2 cup blueberries
3 Tbsp quick oats
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp butter
2 Tbsp Greek yogurt (0 fat)

Directions
Preheat toaster oven (or regular oven) to 350. Spray a single serving, oven safe dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle blueberries in dish.

In a small bowl, mix together oats, brown sugar, and butter. Use your fingers or a fork to combine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Sprinkle evenly over blueberries.

Bake at 350, uncovered, for 20 - 25 minutes - until topping is nice and brown and blueberries are soft/starting to burst.
Remove from heat, top with 2 Tbsp Greek yogurt, and enjoy!

You can add different things to the topping to change it up a bit if you want to - for example, a Tbsp of chopped nuts, some ground flax or wheat germ, or you could top with ice cream or frozen yogurt.
The nutritional info includes the Greek yogurt too, by the way.
Easy peasy. Takes about 5 seconds to make. Breakfast in half an hour.
Or dessert.
Either way...
