Mounds Cheesecake Shake

Did you ever eat something so rich and chocolaty that you thought you would die from the deliciousness?
And then... you almost died again because you found out that it was almost, kinda, a little bit, healthy?
No?
Well... now you can.
This chocolate, cheesecake, and coconut extravaganza is enough to put you into some kind of pleasure coma BUT it comes in at only 350 calories.
(According to Myfitnesspal - 350 calories, 73 carbs, 9 fat, and 23 protein)
350 calories. Seriously. That might seem like a lot but, compared to a "regular" chocolate milkshake, that is about half-ish. (Of course, it depends on what recipe you are using) And.... you get to consume a ridiculous amount. Like.... enough that if you eat if for dinner you won't need anything else because you will be super full.
Yeah, I had this for dinner.
I'm an adult.
I can do that.
*Ha*

Mounds Cheesecake Shake

Ingredients
2 containers (100 gr each) 0 fat, coconut Greek yogurt (frozen)
1/3 cup 1% milk
3 tbsp light cream cheese
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
2 Tbsp Sugar Twin Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp fat free Jello chocolate pudding powder
1 tsp mini chocolate chips (divided)
ice
pinch of toasted coconut (for garnish)

Directions
In a blender (or food processor will work in a pinch), place frozen coconut Greek yogurt, milk, cream cheese, cocoa powder, Sugar Twin, chocolate pudding powder, and 1/2 of the mini chocolate chips.

Process until smooth.
Add in as much ice as you would like to thicken it to your preferred consistency. (You may need to add a bit more milk or a dash of water to thin it a bit)
Pour into a tall glass and garnish with the remaining mini chocolate chips and toasted coconut.

Do you hear that?
That is the sound of all other chocolate milkshakes crying because they will never be as rich and decadent as this one.

The most prominent flavor is chocolate, followed by a hint of cream cheese, and then the coconut.
Completely over the top.
Only 350 calories....
You're welcome.
