Strawberry Snowball Dip

Philadelphia Cream Cheese ran a recipe contest the last few weeks for "edible gifts".
We entered a few recipes in the contest but I think this is the prettiest.
It is soooo simple to make, is a lovely color, and tastes sooooooo good. You can dip vanilla wafers in it but fruit, teddy grahams, or even chunks of chocolate go smashingly as well.
I packaged this up in little mason jars and wrapped them in ribbon with a bow on top.
Perfect housewarming gifts, neighbor gifts, or co-worker gifts. Also a great treat to bring to a potluck or family gathering.
Give it a try! I'm sure it will become a favorite.

Strawberry Snowball Dip

Ingredients
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
3 Tbsp chunky strawberry jam
1 Tbsp strawberry Jello powder
1/3 cup mini marshmallows, quartered

Directions
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in jam and Jello powder until well mixed.
Stir in marshmallows.

Chill until ready to serve.
How easy is that?
Literally 2 minutes to make. 4 simple ingredients.
*jazz hands*
Best dessert dip ever. (Now we just have to wait to find out how we did in the contest!!)
